Hi. I am trying to figure out a way to send SMS messages to cell phones and vice versa. However, I would like to know if Lotus has the capacity to be able to send SMS messages in such a fashion where the end user will get the SMS message but with the actual user's (sender) name rather than just numbers or when the end user replies back to the message and the recipient gets the message within the Lotus; I would like the recipient to be able to see who sent the message rather than just seeing the phone number.
Just wondering if there is a process to getting this done with Lotus or I would need to find a alternative route?
